2023 Hennepin County Master Gardener Volunteer Annual Houseplant Sale

This one-day only event will take place inside Southdale Center shopping mall on the second floor; door 21. Located below Dave and Buster’s on the west side of the mall. When you enter, we’re the first store on the left.

Come Shop Over 1,200 Houseplants for Sale

Living in the Twin Cities should not stop you from having your hands in soil all year round. Come shop over 1,200 houseplants for sale including tropicals, succulents, orchids, and some very special rare plants. Choose from a variety of houseplants available in these categories: low-light, mid-light, and high-light. A selection of beautiful planters/containers will also be for sale.

Moderate prices. Sales tax included in posted prices. Cash, check, and credit cards accepted.

Educational Demonstrations and Activities

Shop and stay for educational demonstrations by Master Gardeners on repotting, dividing, and much more. There will also be a child-friendly activity!

Bring your houseplant questions to our ‘Ask a Master Gardener’ table featuring Theresa Rooney of WCCO radio’s Smart Garden & Shayla Owodunni from the Plant Penthouse.
