We’ll enjoy a guided tour of the Horticultural Display Gardens on the University of Minnesota St. Paul campus. Fall is a gorgeous time of year to explore these amazing gardens.

Growing Connections is a free gardening program created exclusively for people living with early dementia, and for their care partners, offered by Hennepin County Master Gardeners in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association.
